A River otter that was quite curious about me. As I sat on the bank of the wetlands this one approached me and seemed to be very curious as to what I was doing. A few minutes later his mate came out and they played around in the sand in front of me. Taken in south Florida.
I have a deep love of nature and marvel at the new discoveries that I make every time I pick up a camera. Through my lens I hope to share what I see with others and bring awareness as to the importance of preservation of our wildlife and their habitats. Due to over development, natural habitats are disappearing at a rapidly increasing rate. Conservation is key, and as such our nature preserves and national parks are extremely vital and need our support.
