As I drove past the Memorial Cemetery I saw a row of flags flying for Memorial Day and thought it would be a fitting tribute to veterans to post a flag. The feeling of freedom with the wind in your face and flags flying overhead is what I was trying to capture.
I have a deep love of nature and marvel at the new discoveries that I make every time I pick up a camera. Through my lens I hope to share what I see with others and bring awareness as to the importance of preservation of our wildlife and their habitats. Due to over development, natural habitats are disappearing at a rapidly increasing rate. Conservation is key, and as such our nature preserves and national parks are extremely vital and need our support.
