Thank you Dick, We have an abundance of these guys, lucky me! They are very photogenic and will often fly right up onto the walkway and sit for a few seconds to the delight of everyone there. You will see quite a few Tri Color Herons in my gallery I cannot seem to pass up a chance to photograph them. (:
