A juvenile Roseate Spoonbill with water pouring from his spoon shaped beak. I thought it looked like a water fountain. As the juvenile grows each year it's color will deepen to a darker shade of pink.

I have a deep love of nature and marvel at the new discoveries that I make every time I pick up a camera. Through my lens I hope to share what I see with others and bring awareness as to the importance of preservation of our wildlife and their habitats. Due to over development, natural habitats are disappearing at a rapidly increasing rate. Conservation is key, and as such our nature preserves and national parks are extremely vital and need our support.
