Thanks Brett, I appreciate that. It is so great to hear feedback from other photographers. Also now is breeding season for birds here in South Florida you will see some different colors on this Tri Color Heron and the Great White Heron in my gallery. This bird now has a blue beak and darker maroon color on his plumage. The White Heron now has a green mask and stunning plumage for the season.

Thanks Brett, this one is a Tri Color Heron, I think that they are just so used to humans walking through the marsh that they are less skittish than other areas of the world. Florida is so populated right now with the snow birds (Northerners) down for the season. Also I think I am just so quiet and still that they do not seem to mind me much. I do have some Great Blue Heron photos in my gallery and they are very skittish even here in Florida. I am glad to see you like this one. It is one of my favorite birds to photograph. (:
